Burger and fries all on the grill?

You’ll have a tough time finding someone to say no to that. This is exactly the sort of meal you want to have at a tailgating-style party. Hell, you could have this at your next party. This recipe makes four fiery servings. But, what’s really exciting about this meal is that you can make up dozens of packs in advance.

Tuck them in the freezer, and just toss them on the fire when it’s ready.

Ingredients

1 pound Frozen fries
½ teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Hot Sauce
1 pound Ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 slices Cheddar cheese
More Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Hot Sauce, plus ketchup, mustard, pickles, and tomatoes, for serving.

Preparation

Heat your grill (or broiler if you aren’t cooking outside) to medium-high heat.

Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil and spray each with cooking spray. Divide the frozen fries between the foils and set aside.

Mix the Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Hot Sauce with the ground beef, Worcestershire, and garlic in a mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide this mix into 4 patties and place one on each stack of frozen fries.

Fold packs into individual bundles and place them on the grill or under the broiler. Cook for 10 minutes, then open and top burger patties with slices of cheese. Cover grill (or close oven door) to allow the cheese to melt. It should take about 2 minutes.

Remove from the oven, add a splash more Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Hot Sauce and top with your fave condiments.
