Boomslang Bacon and Chicken Ranch Sliders

3

!?***!?!… Sorry, we’re not sure you’re ready for the words we want to use to describe these snack sandwiches. They’re that freaking good. Gooey cheese, a touch of ranch, chicken, bacon, and best of all – Mad Dog Boomslang Hot Sauce.

And, now that we have your attention, can we just suggest that you hustle off to the store to get whatever ingredients you don’t already have sitting in your pantry? This is the slider sandwich you’ve been waiting for. So why wait any longer?

Serves: 6

You’ll need:

1-2 teaspoons Mad Dog 357 Boomslang Hot Sauce
3 cups Rotisserie chicken, cooked and shredded
1 cup each: Ranch dressing, Bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1 package Hawaiian Rolls, halved or 4 Hot dog rolls, each divided into 3 pieces, then halved
6 slices Swiss cheese
¼ cup Butter, melted
Preheated 350°F oven
Greased 9”x13” baking pan

Preparation

Combine the Mad Dog 357 Boomslang Hot Sauce with the chicken, ranch, bacon and Parmesan in a mixing bowl.

Place the bottoms of the rolls in the prepared baking pan, then top with the Boomslang chicken mixture, Swiss cheese, and then the tops of the rolls. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls and cover the pan with foil.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until you’ve got hot, melty cheese. Cut in the pan and serve to the hungry people gathered around the stove.
