Potatoes? Check. Bacon, cheese, ranch? Check, check, check.

A healthy dose of Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost Hot Sauce? Check again!

Now that all the ingredients are beginning to make your mouth water, it’s time to look at the pure simplicity of this recipe… it’s way easier than you would ever think.

And, better yet, this recipe can be cooked just about anywhere and anyhow. We like it best over a campfire, but you can put it on the grill outside or broil it in your oven. Really, it’s difficult to go wrong with these foil packs.

We’ve written the recipe for 4 people, but you could easily extend it to serve 6 if you have enough foil.

The only question left is why you’re not busy preparing this now.

Ingredients

Non-stick cooking spray
¼ - 1 teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost Hot Sauce
1/3 cup Ranch dressing
1½ pounds of Potatoes washed and thinly sliced
4 slices Bacon, chopped
¼ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Tear 4 long pieces of heavy-duty foil from the roll and spray the shiny side of each with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. Heat your grill or light your fire and place a grid above it.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost Hot Sauce with the ranch dressing. Add the potatoes and toss to coat.

Divide the Mad Dog potatoes between the foil sheets (on the greased shiny side). Top with the remaining ingredients. Bring up the sides of the foil and fold over to envelope and hold all the ingredients.

Place packs over the heat and grill for about 30 minutes, flipping at least once to ensure all the potatoes are cooked.
