Mad Dog 357 Chilies

Everything you could want from a grill recipe – it’s quick, it’s easy; it can easily be multiplied to feed a crowd (the original serves 4) – and most importantly, it’ll burn like nothing you’ve ever put on the grill before.

Gently fold in the chopped Mad Dog 357 Scorpion Pepper Pod, along with the corn, tomatoes and green onion. Spoon batter into greased pan and sprinkle with the cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
