The first time I tried this was at a little place called Ebenezers in Framingham, Ma. They had this wing challenge. 10 wings eat them all and you get it free.
My dad and I attempted this and it was so hot we failed at the attempt.
This was about 15 years ago.
Since then I've become quite the chili head. When I go out to eat I would ask to get my spicey dish extra extra XTRA spicey all with thoughts of that day I first tried Inferno and every time the restuuaunt fails in the spice category.
Recently a friend of mine had received a gift card for Hot Sauce World.com and he asked if I wanted anything.
Without hesitation I said INFORNO!
A few days later the shipment came in and I was delighted.
Not only a chili head I've become but a gourmet as well so I could taste all the flavors mixed in with the burn and it is a joy to have in my fridge.
